This Privacy Policy describes how webnovellm (the “Service”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train machine-learning models.
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including cloud infrastructure and authentication services, and third-party AI model providers used to generate content at your request. When you use AI features, the content necessary to fulfil your request is transmitted to those providers for processing. API credentials you supply for third-party AI services are stored locally on your device and are not retained on our servers.
We measure how the site is used with our own software, on our own servers. There is no third-party analytics provider, no advertising network, and no tracking cookie — so there is nothing to consent to and nothing shared with anyone else.
What is recorded is a daily count of events: which page was viewed, and whether steps like signing in or accepting a chapter happened. We also record the domain a visitor arrived from, such as a search engine, but never the full referring address. Counts are aggregated as they are written, so no record describes an individual visit.
We do not record your IP address, set any identifier, or attempt to recognise you across visits. Nothing you write is ever included — no novel titles, no prompts, and no chapter text.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Operational logs are retained for a limited period before automatic deletion. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after content is deleted.
You may access, export, and delete your data at any time using the tools provided in the Service. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated content.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
