The moment your first chapter is accepted, the Publishing panel opens in your novel's settings. Preview exactly what readers will see, pick a pen name, and publish.
From then on you choose the cadence:
- Publish as you accept — every chapter goes live the moment you accept it, the way a serial author posts.
- Release in batches — accept chapters privately, then push the published mark forward when an arc is ready.
Either way, readers see chapters one to wherever you have published, and nothing beyond. Drafts stay yours.
A reading page, not a writing page
The reader gets your prose in the same measured, book-like column the writer uses — serif type, comfortable line length, paper and studio themes — with chapter navigation at both ends and nothing else. No prompt box, no model picker, no chrome. It is indistinguishable from reading a finished book, because that is what reading should be.
Every serial shows what a reader wants to know before committing: how many chapters, how many words, when it last updated, and how many views it has had.
Readers can talk back
Each chapter carries a comment thread. Readers comment with just a name — no sign-up wall between a reader and "I loved this chapter" — and you can remove any comment on your own serial. Comments are plain text, rate-limited, and capped, so the thread stays a thread.
Mature content, labelled
Fiction goes to dark places, and some of it is written for adults. Mark a serial as mature and every reader meets a clear warning before the first page — labelled on the browse shelf, gated on the story. You decide what your story contains; readers decide with their eyes open.

Publishing is a switch, not a contract. Unpublish at any moment and the public link goes dark immediately. Your account is never shown — the byline is the pen name you chose, or simply "Anonymous". And every published story carries an honest line: written with AI, directed by the author.
